Almira Labs performs a demo at IMS 2.0 World Forum

Almira Labs has been invited to demo the Voice Cast product at the IMS 2.0 World Forum that will be held in Barcelona between the 28th and the 30th of April 2009. On the first day of the congress, Ericsson sponsors a Workshop to show innovative services done on IMS. The fact that Voice Cast has been chosen is an absolute boost to Almira Labs, we are delighted to participate in such a forum and demonstrate our flair for innovation.

April 1, 2009 - Las Vegas, CTIA Wireless 2009 - Almira Labs Voice Cast suite allows customers to send voice messages to predefined set of groups. Part of the attraction is that it allows users to convey more emotion and feelings in their messaging than regular SMS, adding a personal touch to each message they send. This is particularly important to the youth market, which represents the majority of SMS users. Thirty seconds of a spoken message can accomplish the same as five minutes of a text message. To say it fast and simple, it represents bringing the RSS feeds concept to the voice communications.
